You say Gaz-pacho, I say Gath-pacho

Ingredients:
8 ripe roma tomatos (cut in half, spoon out seeds and core)
1 small green bell pepper, cut into coarse pieces, seeds removed
half a red onion
1 large clove of garlic
1 small cucumber (or 1/3 hot house english cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove core/seeds with spoon)
1 tsp salt
.5 tsp ground pepper (fresh ground for best flavour)
.5 tsp ground cumin
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
splash of port (optional)
1 thick slice white bread (remove crust, hold under water and wring dry -YES I KNOW HOW RIDICULOUS THIS SOUNDS, JUST DO IT OKAY?)
Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender and mix until desired consistency
2. Let sit in fridge for at least an hour for flavours to blend. Best served cold with additional olive oil drizzled on top
